  • Everyone aged 18-64 on 31.03.23 with a long term condition such as diabetes or asthma
  • Children aged 2-3 on 31.03.23

Additionally:

JCVI have added for this year, everyone aged 50 or over on 31.03.23.

Please note that School-aged children without long term conditions will be offered their vaccinations in school.

The vaccinations are currently due to be delivered at various times though Autumn exact dates are still to be confirmed. Our plan is to run clinics from the surgeries this year on the 01, 08 and 15 Oct for the patients over the age of 65 and those aged from School to age 64 with a long term condition such as diabetes or asthma. This is dependent on the vaccination arriving on time.

We will be writing or sending out a text invite to those eligible to book an appointment either by telephone or online. This year it is not a walk in clinic due to the difficulties we faced last year. This is also to try and reduce the traffic jams on the local roads. You must book an appointment in advance when you receive the invite.

Any of our patients who are housebound or reside in the Care home, the Practice Nurses will be in touch to arrange a date to visit you. We can only vaccinate the patients who are housebound all other eligible members of the housed will need to book an appointment with the surgery.
